When we recommend a specific product on social media or in a video, we disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and up front, within the content itself — in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance for influencers. A disclosure tucked only into a bio, description, or the end of a post is not enough, and we don’t rely on it.
